Delete your Sonovia account
This page lets you delete your Sonovia account and the data associated with it. You do not need the app installed.
How to delete your account
- Sign in below with the same method you use in the Sonovia app.
- Confirm the deletion by typing DELETE.
- Your account is closed immediately and you are signed out everywhere.
You can also delete your account inside the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

This permanently deletes your account. It cannot be undone.
Your account has been deleted
You have been signed out. The remaining data is removed in the background within 7 days, as described below.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in identity (removed immediately).
- Your profile: name, bio, photo and preferences.
- Tours you created but did not publish, with their recordings, photos and scripts.
- Your saved progress and other personal app data.
Deletion of your data is completed within about 7 days of your request.
What is kept, and for how long
- Reviews you wrote stay visible with your name replaced by “[deleted user]”.
- Published tours (creators) are removed from sale immediately but remain available to people who already bought them for 365 days, then deleted.
- Purchase, earnings and tax records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting and tax purposes. Creators with an unpaid balance are paid within two months.
Can’t sign in?
Email support@sonovia.app from the email address of your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We will confirm the request with you before deleting anything.
